1. Trách nhiệm chính

Kế toán giá thành & vận hành

• Xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống tính giá thành cho nhà máy (nguyên vật liệu, nhân công, chi phí sản xuất)
• Phân tích chi phí theo tháng/quý, kiểm soát hao hụt, hiệu suất sản xuất
• Theo dõi dữ liệu ERP (BOM, sản xuất) để đảm bảo khớp với tài chính
• Kiểm kê hàng tồn kho, giám sát vòng quay & chênh lệch vật tư

Kiểm toán & tuân thủ

• Làm việc trực tiếp với đơn vị kiểm toán bên ngoài
• Đảm bảo báo cáo kiểm toán đúng hạn, hợp chuẩn
• Xử lý toàn bộ sổ sách kế toán theo chuẩn Việt Nam (VAS) và luật thuế

2. Yêu cầu bắt buộc

Bằng cấp & chứng chỉ

• Có chứng chỉ kế toán trưởng do Việt Nam cấp

Kinh nghiệm

• 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm tài chính/kế toán sản xuất
• Ít nhất 1 năm ở vị trí kế toán trưởng hoặc tương đương

Học vấn

• Đại học trở lên (kế toán / kiểm toán / quản trị tài chính)

Ngôn ngữ (RẤT QUAN TRỌNG)

• Bắt buộc biết tiếng Trung (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
• Có thể làm việc trực tiếp với quản lý người Trung Quốc
